All NMT Maintenance Program requirements including required metric reports must be completed within the 1 year timeframe from date of purchase of the Maintenance Program enrollment/renewal.  If a participant is not able to meet the requirements within the 1 year timeframe, NMN will grant up to 4 months of extension from the previous enrollment’s date of expiration at no cost.  If the participant cannot meet the requirements within that 4-month period, or if the participant does not seek to re-engage within 4 months of the previous enrollment’s expiration, then they will need to purchase THIS 4-month extension for $125.  This extension may be renewed once more for an additional charge of $125.  (The total maximum amount of extension is therefore 12 months/1 year).  
 
If the participant does not meet the outstanding Maintenance Program requirements within 1 year, then they must enroll in the NMT Re-Certification Program to continue engagement with the model.
